Treatment Coordinator - Pediatric Dental Office

The Children's Dental Group is hiring for a Treatment Coordinator. Must have dental experience. Knowledge with Open Dental and pediatric dentistry are a plus. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred.

The position is full-time; Working hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30AM-4:15PM, Friday 7:30AM-2:15PM. You are eligible for medical/dental/vision benefits after 90 days.

Treatment Coordinator (Bilingual) ($18-$20/hr)

This role is essential in helping parents understand their child's treatment plans, maximize their insurance benefits, and coordinate their care from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and thrives in a fast-paced dental environment.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Minimum of 2 years of dental office experience required
- Experience in a pediatric dental office is a plus
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Responsibilities:
- Review and explain dental insurance benefits to patients
- Present recommended treatment plans and answer patient questions
- Schedule treatment appointments efficiently
- Collect patient co-pays and other patient financial responsibilities
- Build and manage the doctor's schedule to help meet daily production goals
- Verify that dental procedures completed in the office are accurately documented
- Create dental insurance claims
- Coordinate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Provide exceptional customer service while helping patients feel informed and confident about their care
