Experienced Financial Coordinator

At our well-established Fee For Service Buckhead Cosmetic practice, patients and our team come first, while having fun. We are looking to add an EXPERIENCED financial coordinator to our team of two front business associates, one hygienist, three dental assistants, an owner dentist, and one part-time dentist associate. We are a fee-for-service office, so insurance billing and collections is a simpler process. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can assure accurate check-outs using clinical routers, balance the day batch, and deposit some insurance checks that come into the office.

The dental financial coordinator is responsible for creating a financially viable office, while being responsible for the overall collection results of the office. This individual will work closely with the treatment coordinator to help collect what is enrolled. We have a beautiful and modern new office space and a 4 - 4 1/2 day work week.

The qualified candidate will have:
-At least 5-10 years of dental collection/insurance experience
-Integrity, dependability, and a self-managing work ethic
-Excellent oral and written communication and computer skills
-Ability to connect with people on a personal level
-Proven master of multitasking
-Extensive dental and dental software experience & ability to learn new things
-Ability of presenting small restorative patient treatment cases
-Great computer and typing skills
-Good organization and very detail- oriented
-Professional appearance, demeanor, and verbal skills
-Proven Leadership qualities where others look to you as an exemplary team member
-Flexible schedule/hours.
