Position Summary
The Front Desk Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the administrative/front office team. This role ensures exceptional patient service, efficient scheduling, proper billing and insurance processes, and smooth front office operations at all times.
The Front Desk Lead is responsible for leadership, accountability, communication, and team development. This position includes hiring, training, coaching, supervising, disciplining, and making termination recommendations regarding front office staff. The Front Desk Lead also serves as the communication bridge between the front office team and practice ownership/management.
This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, professionalism, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain office standards and protocols consistently.
