Drip Dental is a woman-owned, independent FFS practice in Dripping Springs, led by Dr. Sydney. We're growing thoughtfully, our team is small and supportive, and we built this office around the kind of dentistry we'd want for our own families: unhurried appointments, real conversations, and the equipment to do the job right.

The Role:
We're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist with at least one year of experience to join us four days a week. You'll be the relationship at every cleaning, providing thorough preventative care, walking patients through their oral health, and partnering closely with Dr. Sydney on individualized treatment plans.

What your week looks like:
2-hour new patient exams and 1-hour recares, with enough time to do it right
Prophys, gingival therapy, AIRFLOW therapy, perio charting, sealants, fluoride, desensitizers
Digital radiographs, CBCT, intraoral scans, and digital photography
Charting in Oryx (our practice management software)
Cross-training and mentorship as you grow with the practice

Schedule:
Mom Hours: Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday option)
Out before school pickup, no late nights, no weekends

Compensation:
$50/hour starting, with room to grow as you progress through our hygiene tiers
Weekly Production Share Bonus

What We're Looking For:
Active Texas RDH license and TSBDE registration
1+ year of clinical hygiene experience
N2O monitoring certification (or willingness to obtain; we'll help)
Detail oriented, patient centric, and genuinely warm with patients
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with the doctor
