Front desk coordinator
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our welcoming, patient-focused team. This is a full-time opportunity in a busy, well-established practice where teamwork, professionalism, and positivity are highly valued.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
At least 1 year of dental front desk experience
Knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing, and claims
Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
Must be a team player with a positive attitude
Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and care
Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
Verify dental insurance benefits and handle authorizations
Collect co-pays and process payments
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Support the clinical team for smooth daily operations
Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
