Registered Dental Hygienist - Mckinney/Frisco/Plano

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented dental hygienist to join our growing practice. This is a full-time opportunity in a modern, patient-centered environment that serves general, PPO, and private care patients. In this role, you will play an essential part in helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles. Beyond performing hygiene procedures, you will serve as an educator, advocate, and trusted resource for preventive oral health. Key responsibilities include providing high-quality preventive hygiene care in accordance with established clinical standards, reviewing medical histories, and performing comprehensive assessments. You will take and evaluate dental X-rays, maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, and document findings with attention to detail. Educating patients on oral hygiene techniques, treatment recommendations, and long-term preventive care will be an important part of your daily work. You will also collaborate closely with dentists and other team members to support coordinated, comprehensive treatment. Following infection control, sterilization, and OSHA safety protocols is expected at all times.

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, a compassionate and professional manner, and a commitment to clinical quality. A college-level education, licensed hygiene credentials, and a desire to continue learning and growing in the profession are essential. Experience in a general practice setting is helpful, and familiarity with PPO and private patient care is a plus.
