Are you a skilled dental hygienist looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, patient-focused environment? We invite you to join our thriving general dental practice, where we prioritize quality care and strong relationships with our patients.
As a part-time dental hygienist, you will play a vital role in our mission to enhance the oral health and overall well-being of our community. Our practice operates under a single-doctor model, which allows for a more personalized approach to patient care. We believe that each patient is unique, and we strive to create an atmosphere where patients feel comfortable discussing their oral health goals. With each patient appointment typically lasting 60 minutes, you will have the opportunity to build trusting relationships while providing thorough and compassionate care.
In our practice, a positive work environment is paramount. We are committed to supporting our staff with the necessary tools and resources, including extensive personal protective equipment (PPE) such as disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, and N95 masks, ensuring a safe working atmosphere.
Ideal candidates will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a dental hygienist
- Proficiency in key skills such as prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal screening, and patient education
- Familiarity with Curve Hero, Eaglesoft, and digital X-ray systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with patients and support their oral health journey
We offer competitive compensation ranging from $50 to $57 per hour, with yearly salary increases. Additionally, you will enjoy benefits such as health insurance and 401K plans. Our flexible scheduling allows you to work on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and you will have an optional lunch break with some control over your daily schedule.
