LOCATION
Wilmington, NCWe are seeking a dedicated full-time Dental Assistant II to join our general dental practice. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and compassionate patient care. In our supportive and positive workplace, every team member is appreciated for the important role they play in creating excellent patient experiences.
The primary focus of this position is clinical support, including assisting chairside, preparing treatment rooms, supporting procedures, and helping maintain a smooth daily workflow. We are looking for someone with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and patient care skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to help wherever needed are essential.
Candidates must be a qualified Dental Assistant II. While your main responsibilities will be clinical, basic knowledge of front office workflows is helpful but not required. We value individuals who are eager to contribute to a collaborative environment and support the team as needed.
This position includes a 1-hour lunch break at 1 pm. Convenient parking is available outside of the practice. If you are passionate about high-quality, compassionate dental care and want to grow with a dedicated team, this could be an excellent opportunity.
