THE ROLE
We're looking for a First Impressions Coordinator who leads with warmth, thinks with precision, and takes ownership of the patient experience from first call to final goodbye. This isn't a gatekeeper role — it's a builder role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Be the first and last impression for every patient — on the phone and in person
• Answer inbound calls with professionalism and genuine care
• Verify insurance benefits accurately and enter them into our system
• Confirm appointments and proactively fill schedule gaps
• Conduct pending treatment, recare, and post-visit follow-up calls
• Guide new patients through onboarding documentation
• Collaborate with the clinical team to keep the day running on time
• Support daily operations alongside the office manager

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Warm, professional communicator who connects naturally with patients
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Coachable — you want feedback and you act on it
• Dental or medical office experience preferred, but not required if you're exceptional
• Comfortable learning and using new technology (we invest in our systems)
