Concierge/Receptionist (High-End Dental Spa)

Terra (www.terradental.nyc) is an NYC-based high-end luxury dental spa. We set out to create a new dental experience and are looking for exceptional team members to join. Patient experience is our #1 priority and our goal is to provide a warm, fun experience when they come to Terra.

The modern new office looks, feels, smells, and sounds amazing. It will include full comfort amenities and the newest technology for our team and our patients.

Your role's main focus will be to ensure that our patients have the best experience from beginning to end, every time. We offer a fast career growth trajectory and this would be a path to Office Manager. Our team is fun and fast-paced and we are looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments.

At least 2+ years of Dental Receptionist / Office Manager experience is required.

Familiarity with Oryx software or previous dental consultant role is not required but a plus!

Pay: $24-45 based on experience and performance
