We are a thriving general dental office seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join us in a front office role. Our practice prides itself on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both staff and patients alike. As we expand, we are looking for someone who embodies a strong work ethic, is prepared to take initiative, and genuinely enjoys making a difference in patients' lives.
In this full-time position, you will be an integral part of our multi-doctor and endodontic practice. Your skills in multitasking and efficient organization will help us maintain the high level of care that defines our team. You will be responsible for managing patient appointments, handling insurance verifications, and assisting with administrative tasks, all while fostering positive relationships with our patients.
To thrive in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in a dental front office setting, with familiarity in Eaglesoft and Modento being a plus. We believe that great care starts with a great team, and we support one another in our mission to provide exceptional patient experiences.
