We are searching for our newest SUPERSTAR to fill our Dental Front Desk Administrator position that would treasure and value collaborating with our extraordinary team. Position is full-time that offers stability and future growth opportunities. We would prefer to find someone that has prior dental front experience, who has excellent communication skills, and overall top-notch people skills.

Individuals must be professional, presentable, motivated, outgoing, have high energy and a positive personality that puts a smile on faces especially since this position is the face of the practice for all current and new patient’s coming in for patient care.

Hourly Pay Rate: $30+/hr. (Based on prior front dental experience, the level of skills, and the amount of training involved.)

Position Hours: (Full Time)
Tuesday – Thursday: 8:45am – 5:30pm
Friday: 8am – 3:30pm
Saturday: 8am – 2pm (3 Saturdays per month)

Job Requirements:
· 1+ Dental front experience required.
· Presentable and professional
· Excellent computer and phone skills required.
· Open Dental software knowledge a plus but willing to train.
· Must have high energy and be a motivator.
· Excellent work ethics with past employer verifiable references
· Be able to take direction and accept constructive criticism.
· Be great with people and adapt to all personality types.
· Be willing to help grow our practice.
· An outgoing, positive, and friendly personality that can offer our patients a concierge patient experience.
· Must be able to pay close attention to detail and take accountability.
· Reliable transportation
· Confident, go-getter, and a team player

Position Duties:
Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.
Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, ensuring optimal use of the office's time.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage electronic health records (EHR) using software like Dentrix or Open Dental.
Process patient payments.
Verify insurance information and assist patients with understanding their benefits.
Answer phone calls and text messages and respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner.
Assist in managing the flow of patients within the office to enhance their experience.
Adhere to the practice policies and other duties as needed.
