We pride ourselves on truly embodying Dentistry With Integrity, and we are excited to invite a dedicated and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our multi-doctor, general dental practice. As a part-time team member, you will be an essential component in delivering high-quality preventive care while creating an exceptional experience for our patients.

Position Summary
In this role, you will utilize your clinical expertise to provide comprehensive dental hygiene services in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will be responsible for instilling best practices in oral health, ensuring patients understand the importance of preventive care, and providing a comfortable atmosphere during their visits. Our practice serves both PPO and private patients, making it a dynamic place to contribute to diverse dental needs.

What We Offer
We offer competitive pay at $55/hour and provide a team-based bonus structure that recognizes your contributions. You will be eligible for full-time benefits with just three days of work per week, including Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays that fall on your scheduled workdays. Key Responsibilities
- Provide dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing
- Conduct thorough periodontal assessments and charting
- Take and review dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride treatments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment recommendations
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation per standards

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess an active RDH license and current CPR/BLS certification. Strong clinical and communication skills are essential, along with a patient-first mindset and a friendly demeanor that emphasizes empathy and professionalism.
