Entry Level- Dental Assistant
LOCATION
New York, NYJoin our dynamic multi-specialty dental practice as we continue to grow! We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to provide exceptional support to our dental team and ensure our patients receive the highest quality care. In this part-time role, you will assist in various hygiene procedures, including supporting with perio-charting and demonstrating proficiency with the iTero scanner.
As a key member of our practice, you will be responsible for preparing hygiene areas, maintaining a sterile environment, and efficiently managing dental instruments and equipment. Your role will also involve engaging with patients, providing comfort and education, and ensuring their experience is as pleasant as possible. We prioritize safety for both our team and patients and provide an extensive range of personal protective equipment (PPE) including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in a dental assisting role. Familiarity with Dentrix and DEXIS is preferred, as these tools are integral to our daily operations.
