Compensation & Earning Potential:

Competitive daily guarantee transitioning to production-based income - with paid lab expense
Average associate earnings above $175K
Dentists with advanced procedural skills often exceed $250Kannually
Qualifications:

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
Current Texas dental license and regional board certification
Require at least 2 years of experience or more.
Ability to excel in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-focused environment
Prior group practice or private practice ownership experience is a plus
