Are you a passionate and motivated dental hygienist looking to make a difference in the lives of children and their families? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our fast-paced, patient-focused pediatric dental office. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our young patients receive the highest quality of care while making their dental visits as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.

In our multi-doctor pediatric practice, supported by three full-time dentists and one part-time dentist, we prioritize creating a positive and efficient work environment. Our goal is to ensure each child leaves our office feeling comfortable, confident, and excited about returning. We operate five days a week, allowing ample opportunities for our team to collaborate and thrive, all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

As a dental hygienist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive hygiene services, including scaling, coronal polishing, fluoride placement, SDF administration, sealants and patient education. Your expertise in handling special needs patients and conducting oral cancer and pathology screenings will be invaluable in our practice. Familiarity with Eaglesoft, DEXIS, and both digital and film X-rays will further enhance your ability to support our team effectively.

We offer a part-time position (Thursdays and Fridays) with competitive compensation based on experience, along with benefits such as PTO, holidays, and 401K options. With designated paid lunch hours on Thursdays and a flexible schedule that ensures everyone has time to recharge, our work environment reflects our commitment to both our staff and patients.
