Join Our Growing Dental Practice as a Part-Time Dental Hygienist!

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled dental hygienist to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a general dentistry practice, we prioritize the health and well-being of our patients and are committed to providing exceptional care and education.

In this role, you will perform a variety of essential duties, including:

- Conducting gingivitis and periodontal screenings
- Performing fluoride treatments and oral cancer screenings
- Providing oral hygiene instruction and patient education
- Managing patient records, scheduling, and treatment planning
- Carrying out various dental procedures, including scaling and root planing, prophys, and bleaching services

You will be equipped with comprehensive personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment, including goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Our modern office features advanced technology such as digital radiography, intraoral cameras, and lasers, allowing you to deliver quality care with efficiency.

As a part-time member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work one patient at a time, dedicating approximately 60 minutes to each visit in our well-organized practice. Your schedule can be flexible, with the option to work one or two days a week, perfect for those seeking a balanced work-life dynamic.

We value our team members and offer competitive compensation ranging from $45 to $47 per hour (negotiable), alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off (PTO), a 401(k), and profit sharing. You will also enjoy a dedicated 60-minute lunch break from 12 PM to 1 PM, allowing you to recharge during your workday.

Qualifications for this position include:

- A minimum of one year of experience as a dental hygienist
- Proficiency in digital systems such as Microsoft Office, Open Dental, and Carestream
- Strong skills in periodontal screening, patient recall, and sterile procedures
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and patient-centered care
