🦷 Patient Coordinator – Join Our Dental Team!

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, motivated, and patient-focused Patient Coordinator to join our growing dental practice!

Our ideal candidate is someone who is confident with patients, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of their responsibilities. We want someone who can create a great patient experience while helping the practice stay organized and productive.

What You’ll Do
Welcome and check patients in and out with a warm, professional attitude
Answer phones, return calls, and respond to patient emails
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Review the schedule ahead of time and identify opportunities to keep the doctors and hygiene schedule productive
Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment
Maintain accurate patient information, including insurance, contact information, and medical history
Communicate effectively with the clinical team
Pay close attention to schedule notes, provider requirements, balances, and special patient needs
Help ensure the front office runs efficiently throughout the day

Qualifications
Dental front office experience preferred
Familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus
Strong computer and communication skills
Ability to work independently while also being a team player
