LOCATION
Little Elm, TXWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our busy dental office serving general, PPO, and private patients. This is a full-time position in a professional, team-focused environment where quality patient care and excellent support are top priorities.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience and a strong working knowledge of all aspects of general dentistry. Responsibilities include assisting chairside, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking dental radiographs as permitted, and supporting the clinical team with daily patient care. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting are essential.
A high school education is required. Cross-training is not required for this role. The office provides personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Free parking is available in the front for added convenience. A 30-minute lunch break is provided during the workday.
Compensation is $23 per hour. Benefits are available after 1 year of employment. We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and ready to contribute to a supportive and well-organized dental team.
