Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality general dentistry, including restorative, preventive, diagnostic, and emergency care

Lead and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Create comprehensive treatment plans and guide patients toward achieving their oral health goals

Communicate effectively with patients about diagnoses, procedures, and options

Oversee day-to-day practice management and patient flow to maximize efficiency and satisfaction

Stay current with dental technologies and techniques to provide the best care

Contribute to business strategy and practice growth initiatives

Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative work culture

Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited program

Active Colorado dental license in good standing

Active DEA license

Minimum of 3 years of general dentistry experience

Invisalign certification or willingness to obtain

Proven leadership skills with strong communication and interpersonal ability

Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care

Business acumen and interest in contributing to long-term practice growth
