About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee our dental practice operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for fostering positive patient and team experiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the dental office

Lead, train, and support front office and administrative staff

Monitor scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency

Manage accounts receivable, billing, and collections

Ensure compliance with dental regulations and office policies

Collaborate with providers to enhance patient care and satisfaction

Handle patient inquiries and resolve concerns professionally

Report on office performance and implement improvements

Qualifications

Previous dental or healthcare office management experience required

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, EagleSoft, or similar) preferred

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes a plus

Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday (no evenings or weekends)

Compensation

$22–$28 per hour (up to $58,000 annually, based on experience)

We are a two doctor, private practice dental office located in Dublin, Ohio. Founded in 1986, we strive to provide excellent dental care to the people of Dublin and its surrounding communities. Our office focuses on family dentistry seeing patients of all ages. Though we are a mostly restorative practice, we proudly offer cosmetic services including veneers and Invisalign clear braces. We take great pride in providing a great work-life balance to all of our employees and our average length of service is 10+ years!
