Looking for a Hygienist for 4 Days a Week in a Brand New Space

We are a growing, high-tech general dentistry office seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our private, single-doctor practice. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a professional who values quality care, patient education, and a team-oriented atmosphere in a modern setting. As our practice continues to expand, we are looking for someone who can contribute immediately and help us maintain the exceptional standard of service our patients expect.

This role is designed for a hygienist who enjoys working one patient at a time and delivering thorough, individualized care. You will typically have one hour for regular recall appointments and one and a half hours for new patients and SRP visits, allowing you the time needed to focus on comfort, communication, and clinical excellence. Our office emphasizes a calm, supportive, and drama-free environment where team members are respected and trusted to do their best work without micromanagement.

We offer a brand-new office space with the latest dental technology, creating an efficient and comfortable environment for both patients and staff. Parking is easy and convenient with a large, free parking lot available. A one-hour lunch break is included in the schedule, and the alternating full-time workweek is structured as Monday through Thursday one week, then Tuesday through Friday the following week, repeating throughout the month.

Qualified candidates must hold a valid RDH license and current CPR certification. Experience with a diode laser is preferred. We welcome applicants with strong communication skills, a gentle touch, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for patient education. A positive attitude and commitment to high-quality care are essential. Open to all applicants with an RDH license.

We offer competitive pay starting at $60+ per hour depending on experience, along with medical insurance, dental insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) match.
