In our general practice, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality dental services, ensuring the well-being of our patients while providing exceptional hygiene care. You will collaborate closely with our single doctor, contributing your expertise and working alongside a supportive team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings while adhering to sterilization protocols and infection control standards.
- Provide oral hygiene instruction to patients, empowering them to maintain optimal oral health.
- Utilize advanced techniques such as four-handed dentistry and chair-side assistance to enhance patient experience and efficiency.
- Conduct dental charting and file maintenance accurately to ensure seamless patient records and treatment tracking.
- Execute treatment planning in coordination with our lead dentist to develop personalized patient care plans.
- Skilled application of bleaching, pit and fissure sealants, and whitening tray fabrication to enhance patients’ smiles.
- Proficiently schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care, ensuring a smooth patient flow.
- Leverage digital technology, including Dentrix, DEXIS, and ScanX, to perform X-rays and manage patient records.
- Utilize intraoral cameras to help patients understand their dental health and treatment options effectively.
- Maintain CPR certification and ensure a safe environment for all patients.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of dental hygiene experience in a general practice setting.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members.
- A commitment to staying current with continuing education and advancements in dental hygiene.
