We are seeking a reliable, team-oriented dental professional to join an ultra-modern, fast-paced, high-tech private dental practice. Our general dentistry office is led by a single doctor and built around excellence, efficiency, and a strong commitment to patient care. We provide advanced treatments including CEREC same-day crowns, Fotona laser dentistry, and a high volume of Invisalign cases. As we prepare for significant expansion in 2027/2028, we are actively building a strong team of dependable, collaborative professionals who work well with others and contribute to a positive office culture.

This full-time role is ideal for someone who is passionate about modern dentistry and comfortable working in a dynamic clinical environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, a polished professional presence, and a proactive attitude. We are especially looking for someone who values consistency, communicates well, and takes pride in supporting both patients and the doctor with efficiency and care.

Key responsibilities include providing chair side assistance, supporting four-handed dentistry, and helping maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day. Additional duties include dental charting, patient records management, scheduling support, and vital signs monitoring. The role also involves taking and processing digital X-rays, assisting with impressions, and supporting procedures involving CEREC restorations, iTero scanning, Invisalign, veneers, laser dentistry, and bone grafting. Other responsibilities may include fluoride treatment, air polishing, bleaching, Zoom whitening support, nitrous oxide monitoring, and patient education to help patients understand their treatment and oral health needs.

Experience with Dentrix Ascend is highly valued. Candidates should also be comfortable using modern technology and assisting with a wide range of restorative and cosmetic procedures in a high-tech environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.

We prioritize safety and provide appropriate PPE, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
