Gentle Touch Smiles is looking for a **Full-Time Dental Hygienist** to join our established pediatric dental practice in Wilmington, Delaware.

### About the Practice
* **Pediatric-only dental practice**
* 30-minute hygiene appointments
* 2–3 hygiene columns
* 2–3 dedicated hygiene assistants
* Established, busy practice with a fun and engaging environment
* Game/fun room for patients
### What You’ll Do
* Provide comprehensive preventive dental hygiene care for pediatric patients
* Perform cleanings, assessments, fluoride treatments, and other hygiene services as appropriate
* Educate patients and parents on oral health and preventive care
* Build positive relationships with children and families
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation
* Collaborate with doctors, assistants, and the dental team
* Follow all clinical, safety, and infection-control standards
### Qualifications
* Active Delaware Dental Hygienist license
* CPR certification as required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working with children
* Patient-focused and compassionate approach
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Previous pediatric experience is a plus
