About Our Practice:
We are a well-established, fee-for-service periodontal specialty practice in North Dallas with a reputation built on clinical excellence and exceptional patient care. We are looking for a polished, detail-driven Administrative Assistant / Insurance Coordinator who takes pride in their work and thrives in a collaborative, team-first environment.

This is a key role — you are often the first and last impression our patients have of our practice, and we take that seriously.

Schedule:
Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do:
• Welcome and check in patients with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
• Manage a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, and maintain an organized front office
• Verify insurance eligibility, coordinate benefits, and enter insurance information with precision
• Process and post patient payments accurately
• Prepare and send patient communications, pre-op/post-op instructions, and records
• Support patient engagement efforts, including review requests and follow-up communications
• Work closely with clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly — we win as a team here

What We're Looking For:
• Prior dental front office experience preferred (periodontal or specialty experience a plus)
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• A warm, professional demeanor with genuine commitment to patient experience
• A true team player who communicates well, supports colleagues, and shows up ready to contribute
