At Brooklyn Oak Dental Care, we believe that dentistry is about so much more than cleanings, checkups and restorative —it is about changing lives, one smile at a time.
We are not just looking for a front desk team member. We are searching for someone who genuinely cares about people, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of something meaningful. Someone who understands that the front desk is not “just reception”—it is the heart of the patient experience.
Our upscale, privately owned office is equipped with modern, state-of-the-art technology and designed to create a high-quality experience for both patients and team members. We strive for excellence, value professionalism, and also appreciate warmth, positive energy, and a fun personality. We work as a team, so true team players only. ❤️
We want you to work with us, not for us.
We see you—the organized, compassionate, hardworking professional who wants to feel appreciated, supported, and fulfilled in your career. You deserve to be in an environment where your contribution matters and your growth is encouraged.
Here’s What Awaits You:
A collaborative, uplifting team that supports and celebrates you
One-on-one coaching to help you grow professionally and reach your highest potential
A fun, family-oriented workplace where your voice matters
A privately owned practice, not a corporate DSO
Competitive incentives including paid time off and Simple IRA benefits
A meaningful role where you help create five-star patient experiences every single day
We want to bring out—or reignite—your passion for serving people. Your role at the front desk is essential. You help patients feel welcomed, cared for, informed, and confident from the moment they call or walk through our doors.
Here’s How We Take Care of You:
Paid time off and vacation pay
Bonus potential
Simple IRA match
Dental benefits for you and your family
Professional development and growth opportunities
A stable schedule—no clocking out just because a patient is not present
Work Schedule: Full-time or part-time, Monday–Thursday (8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
Salary: $23–27 per hour, dependent upon skill level and experience
At our practice, you are not “just” front desk. You are the first impression, a trusted guide for our patients, and a vital part of our mission.
If you have been searching for a dental home where you will be supported, appreciated, and given the tools to thrive, this is it. Join us in our mission to listen to our patients and provide the highest quality personalized care. We strive to give every patient the best experience possible by being prompt, pleasant, organized, and understanding during every interaction.
We cannot wait to meet you. Let’s do something amazing together. ❤️
