You're a dental hygienist who has:
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (Maryland)
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced dental office environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
As a dental hygienist, you will:
Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and SRP
Take and review digital X-rays
Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and preventive care
Identify and document periodontal disease and treatment needs
Assist doctors during exams and communicate findings clearly
Maintain accurate and detailed patient charts (Open Dental preferred)
Support a productive hygiene schedule and patient flow
Promote adjunctive services (fluoride, Arrestin, whitening, etc.) in an ethical, patient-focused manner
