Job Description:

We are a dynamic, fast-paced endodontic practice with three locations, seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator. This position requires flexibility, as the role will be within all of our locations.

This role is scheduled for 5 days a week in office.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the friendly face that welcomes patients and ensures a smooth check-in/check-out experience
Manage scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication with efficiency and care
Work as part of a collaborative team, assisting both front and back office operations as needed
Cross-train clinically to help support the practice and provide the best care possible

A flexible and team-oriented individual who enjoys learning and growing in their role
Someone comfortable with moving between our three offices as needed. We have Tribeca, Gramercy Park, and Upper East Side offices
A passion for exceptional patient service and attention to detail
Qualifications:

Professional and polished appearance
Strong ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
Prior dental experience or knowledge is preferred
