Are you a skilled and motivated general dentist ready to take the lead in a thriving, patient-focused practice? We’re looking for an energetic, compassionate, and clinically confident Lead General Dentist to join our established solo-provider office and help us continue delivering exceptional care to our loyal patient base.

In-house specialty support – part-time orthodontist providing comprehensive bracket treatment
What You’ll Do
As our Lead General Dentist, you’ll play a key role in both clinical excellence and team leadership. You’ll have the autonomy to diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver high-quality care while helping guide the overall direction of the practice.
What We’re Looking For
DDS or DMD from an accredited program
3–5 years of hands-on general dentistry experience
Comfortable treating a primarily adult and geriatric population
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
Strong clinical skills across a broad range of procedures
Leadership mindset with a passion for patient care and team collaboration
