Join Our Team as a Dental Hygienist!

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dental Hygienist to join our thriving general dental practice. Our office is committed to delivering exceptional dental care to our patients through a combination of advanced technology and personalized service. As a Dental Hygienist, you will have the opportunity to engage closely with patients, providing them with top-notch care while educating them on optimal oral hygiene practices. You will work one-on-one with patients, typically dedicating 60 minutes for each appointment to ensure thorough care and effective treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive periodontal screenings and assessments.
- Provide prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and calculus removal.
- Deliver fluoride treatments and Arestin Therapy as needed.
- Administer local anesthesia and Oraqix to ensure patient comfort.
- Conduct dental charting and maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix software.
- Utilize DEXIS and intraoral camera technology to enhance patient communication and care.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and personalized care plans.
- Adhere to all sterile procedures and promote a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

- A degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution.
- CPR certification is required.
- Proficiency in scaling and root planing, periodontal treatment, and sterilization procedures.
- Familiarity with dental office software, particularly Dentrix and DEXIS.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient care.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply!

Our practice offers a full compensation package that will be discussed in person, including medical insurance, 401K, and disability insurance. The hourly wage ranges from $45.00 to $55.00, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
