We are seeking a passionate and skilled Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our boutique dental practice, renowned for providing exceptional, personalized care to our diverse patient family. Our practice is led by Dr. Lucero, a highly experienced dentist with over 30 years in the field, and supported by a small, dedicated staff that is committed to fostering relationships with our patients. At Lucero Family Dentistry, we take pride in treating patients of all ages—from infants to seniors—ensuring they receive care with compassion and respect.
As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will have the unique opportunity to work in an environment focused on high-quality dental care. We see one patient at a time, allowing you to spend quality time with each individual. You will typically have one hour for adult patients and 30 minutes for children, ensuring that each visit is thorough and personalized.
Key responsibilities will include performing dental cleanings, taking digital X-rays using DEXIS, and charting patient information in Dentrix. To excel in this role, we are looking for someone who is motivated by patient care and is eager to utilize their skills in a friendly and supportive setting. While laser certification is desirable, it is not mandatory.
Our office operates with a strong commitment to building multi-generational relationships with families, emphasizing the importance of knowing our patients well. We believe in a collaborative approach to dental health, where every team member plays a vital role.
In this part-time position, you will enjoy a one-hour lunch break, and we offer a competitive pay rate of up to $78.00 per hour. Ample onsite parking is also available for your convenience.
