We are seeking a compassionate, skilled dentist to join a well-established general dental practice that has served the community since 1993. This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated clinician who values high-quality patient care, strong communication, and a team-oriented environment.

Our practice is fully focused on the patient experience. Because we are completely out of network and do not accept Medicaid, we are able to spend more time delivering thoughtful, individualized care rather than working within restrictive insurance limitations. Most procedures are completed in office, allowing for a broad scope of clinical experience with minimal referrals. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing general dentistry cases from diagnosis through treatment planning and execution, while maintaining a calm and professional chairside manner.

Responsibilities include:
- Performing comprehensive dental examinations and developing treatment plans
- Delivering preventive, restorative, and other general dental procedures
- Educating patients on oral health and treatment options
- Collaborating with clinical and administrative team members to support smooth patient flow
- Maintaining accurate and complete clinical documentation
- Upholding high standards of patient safety, comfort, and infection control

The office provides appropriate personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, to help support a safe clinical environment.
