We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team in a busy general dental practice. This part or full time position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals who are passionate about oral health and committed to providing exceptional patient care.
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in promoting overall oral health and hygiene to our patients. You will perform comprehensive dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, and patient education sessions, all while tailoring your approach to meet individual patient needs. The practice emphasizes a one-on-one patient experience, allowing you to build relationships and provide personalized care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ oral health and hygiene.
- Perform dental cleanings and preventive procedures.
- Educate patients about oral health, hygiene practices, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
Requirements:
- A degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
- A valid state dental hygienist license.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a dental office.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
