Are you a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienist looking for a part-time opportunity in a supportive and patient-centered environment? We invite you to join our dedicated private practice in Wellington, Colorado, where we have proudly served our community since 2013. With Dr. Tippets leading the way, our team has cultivated a friendly atmosphere with minimal drama, focusing on delivering the highest quality of patient care.
In our office, we pride ourselves on teamwork and collaboration, where our staff has collectively served between 2-19 years. As a single-doctor practice, you will work closely with Dr. Tippets, who has over 20 years of experience and specializes in general dentistry, oral surgery, and implant placements. Our office is currently open on Wednesdays and Fridays, making this an ideal part-time position for those who enjoy individualized care without the hectic pace of larger practices.
As a Dental Hygienist, you will spend one hour per appointment, providing exceptional care to each patient, which includes tasks such as scaling and root planing, oral cancer screenings, and patient education. Your skills will include but are not limited to: calculus removal, four-handed dentistry, periodontal screening, and experience with advanced technologies like digital X-rays, and intraoral cameras.
We offer competitive compensation ranging from $45 to $60 per hour, along with a benefits package tailored to your hours worked, including PTO, holiday pay, and a 401K plan. You will have access to personal protective equipment, including nitrile gloves and regular masks, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment.
