We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our diverse dental practice, specializing in General, Cosmetic, and Implant dentistry. This part time or full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your career in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
As a Chairside Assistant, your responsibilities will include supporting the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and managing sterilization processes. Candidates must possess a valid X-ray license in NJ state and have at least one year of private practice experience. While Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certifications are preferred, we are eager to train the right candidate who exhibits a strong desire to grow in the dental field.
If you’re applying for the Front Desk role, we require a minimum of one year of dental experience. Clinical experience is a significant plus, as we are open to cross-training individuals. We seek a person with a welcoming personality, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient office.
In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer competitive pay ranging from $25 to $35 per hour, based on experience. Full-time employees will enjoy benefits including 401k, Profit sharing, Retirement plan, health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
