Dental Assistant
LOCATION
River Vale, NJWe are seeking a dependable, compassionate dental assistant to join our busy, modern dental practice. Our office has been serving the community for 32 years and offers a collaborative, team-focused environment where staff members support one another throughout the day. We are a general and multi-doctor practice with two general dentist associates, an oral surgeon, orthodontist, and periodontist, providing a wide range of patient care in one location.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional setting. Responsibilities include assisting during dental procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, maintaining clean and organized work areas, taking and recording patient information, and providing excellent support to both patients and clinical team members. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn are essential.
This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with newer equipment and up-to-date technology in a modern office. We provide a safe working environment with personal protective equipment including disposable gowns, face shields, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
