This full-time position is perfect for individuals passionate about providing exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced environment.
In our multi-doctor practice, you'll be instrumental in managing appointment scheduling, verifying insurance, and maintaining patient records. Your expertise in dental terminology and charting will ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in a dental office, and those with bilingual skills are highly encouraged to apply.
Our office is well-equipped with the latest protective gear, including disposable gowns, face shields, and N95 masks, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and patients. Experience with scheduling software like Open Dental and a comprehensive understanding of cosmetic dentistry, implants, and orthodontics are critical for success in this role.
