Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

We are excited to share an opportunity to partner with Trident Dental, a growing, multi-location dental group committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and well-supported environment.
We are currently seeking a skilled and patient-focused Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to support advanced surgical and specialty procedures across one or more of our locations, including our office at 16103 W Little York Rd. This is a part-time or contract role with flexible scheduling, ideal for a surgeon who values clinical excellence, strong communication, and seamless collaboration with general dentists.

Position Highlights
Perform a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures, including:
Surgical and complex extractions (including impacted third molars)
Dental implant placement
Bone grafting and ridge preservation
Pre-prosthetic surgery
Management of oral pathology and infections
Evaluate patients and develop appropriate surgical treatment plans
Collaborate closely with general dentists and specialists to ensure continuity of care
Educate patients on procedures, risks, benefits, and post-operative care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards

Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain)
Board-eligible or board-certified preferred
Current CPR/BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
Strong clinical judgment and surgical skillset
Excellent communication and patient management skills
