Join Our Team as a Dental Hygienist!

As a part-time Dental Hygienist, you will be a pivotal member of our clinical team, committed to delivering exceptional preventive care while aligning with our philosophy of whole-body health. You will engage with patients who are seeking not just treatment but a deeper understanding of their dental health and its connection to their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preventive Care & Periodontal Health: Deliver comprehensive prophylaxis and periodontal therapy tailored to each patient's health profile, focusing on biocompatible treatment protocols. You will provide scaling and root planing while understanding its impact on systemic inflammation and health.

- Patient Assessment & Education: Conduct detailed periodontal assessments, digital radiography, and oral cancer screenings. You will educate patients on the oral-systemic connection, helping them understand how their oral health can affect conditions like heart disease and diabetes.

- Collaborative Care: Work closely with our lead dentist and clinical team to ensure informed and coordinated patient care. Participate in case discussions, contributing your hygiene expertise to treatment planning while maintaining adherence to infection control standards.

Qualifications:

- Current Texas dental hygiene license (RDH) in good standing and an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience.
- Knowledge or interest in biological, holistic, or integrative dentistry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and strong attention to detail are essential attributes for success in this role.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate or percentage of collections—whichever is greater.
