At Magnolia Dentistry, the private practice of Dr. Anna Refai, we are in full bloom and seeking a hygienist to join our bouquet of talented dental professionals!

Dr. Refai was practically a “seedling” when her young roots found dentistry. Never did her family expect that a perfect northern day for snow sledding would land their little one in the ER (with a broken jaw)! The positive impression those talented doctors and surgeons made upon her was grafted upon her heart. As she became an adult, Dr. Refai discovered a growing passion for patient care coupled with a vision to create a “sweet, supportive, and well-managed workplace” for patients and staff. Fast forward to 2022! Dr. Refai branched off from her dedicated work as an Associate-Dentist and established “Magnolia Dentistry”. Poised to celebrate Magnolia Dentistry’s 2- year anniversary, this patient-centered “boutique” practice and team are seeking a hygienist who shares their happy, healthy, prosperous goals and values!

So, that’s a little bit about us! What helps your garden grow?
As a dental hygienist in our amazing and beautiful Atlanta community, your career goals are likely to seek more than a hygiene room in which to clean teeth and hone your craft. At the end of the day, you want to have provided your best care for your patients, in an environment you confidently call your “work home and family.” Knowing an office’s philosophical foundation and values inevitably (and, quickly!) impacts your day-to-day happiness. (And, most important to Dr. Refai… the energy her team has available to give once they arrive home! She can appreciate this as she has 3 awesome and busy children!)

As a hygienist your comprehensive education gave you the skills to efficiently treat periodontal disease and restore oral health. If you join Magnolia Dentistry, your time with your patient can focus on a myriad of topics that make that patient’s visit pleasant, gentle, and health-focused (without the worries or pressures of juggling insurance policy limits). Along with the most modern of technology, software, and procedures, Dr. Refai supports the traditional values of a fee-for-service private practice which remains the perfect foundation for optimal harmony and ultimately, the most rewarding experiences with patients. Okay--- the last of our play-on-words…but, don’t you think that’s good fertilizer to help live a happy life?

So, while we are still holding onto your share of the breakroom goodies dropped off by a local specialist, let’s see if your interests match ours. Our newest team member hygienist will:
1) Be currently licensed and registered in the state of Georgia
2) As an oral health therapist, enjoy providing the classic and full range of patient procedures and services as provided by the Georgia Board of Dentistry
3) Enjoy working with our awesome, appreciative, and diverse patient base
4) Value the overall patient experience that focuses on building relationships and offering “world class service”
5) Be long-experienced OR be a new-graduate; our team values diversity! You’ll be treated with respect regardless of how long you’ve been practicing
6) Be coachable and eager to learn as Dr. Refai supports continuing education and progressive technology
