We are an upscale private general dental practice seeking to welcome a skilled and passionate Dental Hygienist to our exceptional team. In our practice, we prioritize patient care and comfort, and we are committed to providing a welcoming atmosphere for both our patients and staff. Our ideal candidate will be dedicated to promoting optimal oral health while building strong, trust-based relationships with patients.

As part of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dental care. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a single doctor, and your day will focus on delivering individualized care, as you will see one patient at a time, devoting one hour to each. This allows you to build meaningful connections with patients, while ensuring they receive thorough and attentive care.

We operate Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour lunch break for your well-deserved rest. Enjoy your Fridays off to recharge and enjoy life outside of work. We provide a supportive and well-equipped environment, including covered parking and all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), such as disposable gowns, face shields, nitrile gloves, and regular masks to ensure your safety and the safety of our patients.

Our practice utilizes Dentrix and DEXIS systems, and familiarity with these tools will enhance your ability to provide seamless care. While experience is welcomed, we encourage all applicants, regardless of their level of experience, to apply.

In addition to a competitive hourly rate starting at $60+, we offer a commission-based bonus for quadrant scaling and root planing procedures. Our benefits package includes paid time off (PTO) and a 401K plan for your financial wellness.
