Role Overview:
As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and sustaining patients’ oral health. In our practice, we engage with one patient at a time, ensuring that each individual receives our full attention and care without the pressure of a high-volume environment. Your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive cleanings, conducting oral assessments, taking radiographs, and documenting pertinent findings in our seamless paperless system.
In addition to your technical proficiencies in dental prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance, we value your commitment to patient education. You will guide patients through proper hygiene techniques and disease prevention strategies, fostering a culture of proactive health management. Collaboration with our dedicated dental team will also be key, as you contribute to individualized treatment plans that support long-term dental health goals.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- A current RDH license in New York, with ongoing compliance to regulatory standards and continuing education.
- Strong clinical skills, particularly in hygiene and preventive services, with proficiency in procedures such as scaling, polishing, and periodontal treatment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- An eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment, with at least 2 years of experience preferred, though we are open to training motivated new graduates.

- Competitive salary starting at $57/hour, based on experience.
- A flexible schedule that includes three days a week (Tuesdays from 9 AM to 6 PM, Thursdays from 12 PM to 7 PM, and one additional flexible day).
