Kokomo, IN - Dental Hygienist - Full Time

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our growing general dentistry practice. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a professional who enjoys building lasting patient relationships while delivering high-quality preventive care in a supportive, team-focused environment.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive hygiene services and help support excellent oral health outcomes for a diverse patient population. You will typically manage two patients at a time in separate rooms, spending about 45 to 60 minutes with each patient. If a Hygienist runs accelerated Hygiene, we provide a full-time Hygiene Assistant. This structure allows time to focus on quality care, patient education, and a positive experience for every visit. You will also collaborate closely with dentists and the broader clinical team to ensure smooth, efficient, and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, periodontal assessments, charting, radiographs as appropriate, and educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive practices. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a caring approach are essential in helping patients feel informed and at ease. A current Indiana Dental Hygiene License is required, along with at least 1 year of experience in a clinical dental setting.
