Dental Assistant / Front Office
LOCATION
Arlington, TXWe are seeking a skilled and dependable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is cross-trained in front office operations to join our advanced, patient-focused dental team in Arlington, TX.
Our practice, led by Dr. Ravi Doctor, emphasizes Total Wellness Dentistry with a focus on implants, cosmetics, sleep and airway treatment, and surgical procedures. We integrate modern technology and holistic care to create a calm, professional, and high-quality experience for every patient.
Position: Full-Time RDA / Front Office Assistant
Experience: Minimum 1 year dental office experience required
Responsibilities include:
• Chairside assisting for restorative, cosmetic, surgical, and implant procedures
• Taking digital X-rays, intraoral scans, and assisting with CBCT imaging
• Preparing and maintaining operatories, sterilization, and surgical setup
• Supporting front office operations: check-in/out, scheduling, treatment planning, and insurance coordination
• Maintaining smooth workflow between clinical and administrative areas
Software & Equipment Used:
• Open Dental (practice management)
• Dexis (digital imaging)
• Carestream / CT (3D imaging and diagnostics)
• SprintRay printing, PRF/PRP protocols, Ozone therapy, Laser therapy, and Guided Implant Surgery
Qualifications:
• Current Texas RDA license and CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year experience in both chairside and front office settings
• Working knowledge of Open Dental, Dexis, and Carestream preferred not required
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and excellent communication skills
