LOCATION
San Marcos, CAWe are seeking a full-time dental professional to join our growing team in a well-established general dental practice serving PPO and private patients. Open since 2015, our office is built on a team-based culture focused on providing excellent care and a positive experience for every patient. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2+ years of experience who is ready to contribute in a supportive, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will have a DA or RDA certificate and a Coronal Polishing Certificate. A high school education is preferred, along with strong communication skills, professionalism, and a dependable work ethic. Daily responsibilities may include assisting chairside, preparing treatment areas, supporting patient flow, and helping maintain a clean, organized clinical environment. Cross-training is not required for this role.
This full-time position includes an hourly rate and a benefits package that includes dental coverage, 401(k), sick leave, paid vacation, and PTO. Team members also enjoy a 1-hour lunch break and convenient parking in a large parking structure for the facilities.
