We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our well-established general dentistry practice full-time. Our office is committed to providing high-quality dental care in a friendly and supportive environment, which has led to the need for a new team member as our current hygienist prepares to retire after many successful years with us.
As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in our practice by performing a variety of clinical tasks that ensure the oral health of our patients. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough dental cleanings, taking and developing radiographs, applying fluoride and sealants, and educating patients about the best practices for maintaining optimal oral hygiene. You will be able to dedicate one hour to each patient, allowing you to build a solid rapport and tailor your advice to their specific dental needs.
To qualify for this position, you must hold a valid dental hygiene license and have at least 5 years of experience in a dental office setting. We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient care. Your ability to work one-on-one with patients will significantly contribute to their comfort and satisfaction, enhancing their overall experience at our practice.
We offer competitive compensation at $50 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401K match program and paid time off, reflecting our commitment to supporting our team members both professionally and personally. Our office provides convenient parking at the front of the building and allows for a dedicated 1-hour lunch break each day.
