Richardson DMD, Inc. is seeking two dental hygienists to join our growing practice in Homer, Alaska. We recently expanded into a brand new dental office and are looking for hygienists who want to work in a modern, supportive clinical setting while enjoying life in one of Alaska’s most desirable communities.
We welcome both new graduates and experienced hygienists. This position offers a flexible schedule of 1 to 4 hygiene days per week, with office hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time roles. Full-time is defined as 32+ hours per week and includes benefits; part-time is 31 hours or less.
Alaska licensure preferred; however, we are open to the right out-of-state candidate and are happy to provide guidance through the licensure process
About the Practice
Our office features beautiful private operatories and is equipped with OpenDental (EMR), DTX (radiograph software), and intraoral cameras. Hygienists are supported by an experienced full-time hygienist as well as friendly, knowledgeable dental assistants. Appointment lengths range from 40 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the patient’s age and procedure. Our patient mix includes private-pay and self-pay patients.
These are growth positions tied to the expansion of our practice.
