We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate professional to join our dental team in a full-time role supporting a wide range of patient needs in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about taking their role to the next level and truly connecting oral health to whole-body wellness. We are a biological, holistic dental practice focused on transforming patient health through education, prevention, and thoughtful care. Our philosophy is different from conventional dentistry and includes a minimal use of pharmaceuticals, avoidance of fluoride, and a holistic approach to treatment. If you are not comfortable with this model, this may not be the best fit.
We are looking for a team member who is eager to learn, willing to step outside the box, and committed to treating patients like family. This is not a check-in, check-out environment. We value face-to-face communication, phone conversations, and meaningful patient relationships over impersonal messaging. You will help guide patients, explain conditions clearly, and support them in understanding their care options.
Responsibilities include delivering thorough hygiene care, oral hygiene instruction, periodontal screening and treatment, prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, pediatric hygiene, gingivitis screening and treatment, nitrous oxide monitoring, antibiotic therapy support, pit and fissure sealants, irrigation agents, and chair side assistance as needed. Additional duties include dental charting, file maintenance, patient recall, scheduling, sterilization procedures, taking calls, creating financial agreements and treatment plans, coordinating monthly payment options, collecting payments, posting treatment and payment, gathering insurance information, sending reminders, creating morning huddles, and helping generate patient reviews. One patient is seen at a time, with approximately one hour per visit, and a 30-minute lunch break is provided.
Required experience is 2–4 years, and CPR certification is preferred. This position is currently available because the prior hygienist is on maternity leave. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $400 to $1000. We offer a supportive, purpose-driven environment where patient health and wellness come first, and where every team member is expected to help create a true family feeling in the office. Parking is available after three months of employment.
