We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental practice 4 days a week. No weekends!
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent patient care, builds strong relationships with patients, and works well as part of a team. Our ideal hygienist is proactive, dependable, positive, and passionate about dentistry.
What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
Perform periodontal charting and assess patients’ oral health
Take and review appropriate dental X-rays
Educate patients on oral hygiene and periodontal health
Provide personalized home-care recommendations
Recognize areas of concern and communicate findings effectively with the doctor
Build lasting relationships with patients and create a comfortable experience
Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Maintain proper infection control and sterilization procedures
Communicate effectively with the doctor and entire dental team
Help keep the hygiene schedule running efficiently

Qualifications
Current Dental Hygiene license in the state of Texas
CPR/BLS certification
Dental hygiene experience preferred
Experience with digital X-rays and dental software is a plus
